Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, 1970-2011 döneminde Türkiye örnekleminde enerji tüketimi, dışa açıklık, dış ticaret, finansal gelişme ve sabit sermaye yatırımlarının ekonomik büyümeye etkisi incelenmiştir. Ampirik bölümde sınır testi yaklaşımı (ARDL) kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre uzun dönemde enerji tüketimi, dışa açıklık, ihracat ve ithalat büyümeyi etkilemektedir. Fakat, sabit sermaye yatırımları ve finansal genişlemenin büyümeye etkisinin istatistiki olarak anlamsız olduğu gözlenmiştir. Hata düzeltme modellerinde hata düzeltme katsayılarının negatif ve istatistiki olarak anlamlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
