Türk-İslâm dünyasının önemli âlimi Ebû Mansûr el-Mâtürîdî (ö.333/944) ile Fahreddin er-Râzî (ö.606/1210)’ye göre bu âlemde kötülüğün varlığı bir vakıadır, ancak bu kötülüğün âlemin yapısı ve insanın yapısına dayalı bir yorumu da vardır. Kur’ân’ın 113. ve 114. Felâk ve Nâs olarak adlandırılan sûrelerine kötülüklerden sığındıran ve koruyan anlamında “Muavvizeteyn” denilir. Felâk sûresinde yaratılan her şeyin, bastıran zulüm ve cehâlet karanlığından, düğümlere üfleyenlerin ve kıskanç insanların kötülüğünden felâkın Rabbine sığınılması istenir. Nâs sûresinde de pusuda bekleyip kötü düşünceler aşılayan cin ve insan şeytanının şerrinden korunma yöntemlerine işâret edilirken bir yandan da her türlü kötülüklerden sığınılacak Yaratıcı’nın “Rabb, Melik ve İlah” nitelikleri anlatılır. Bu sûrelerde insanların başlarına gelebilecek her türlü iyilik ve kötülükleri yaratan, rahmetiyle bütün varlıkları en güzel bir şekilde yaşatan, her şeye hâkim bulunan Allah tasavvuru idrâklere sunulur. Bu makâlede Mâtürîdî ile Râzî’nin Felâk ve Nâs sûrelerinde kötülük problemine çözüm önerileri ve kötülüklerden sığınılan Allah tasavvuru hakkında görüşleri incelenmektedir.

At this in surahs perception is presented, people created all kinds of good and evil that could happen, the most beautiful of all beings His mercy in a way bringing, the God in everything. This article the suggestions and Islamic theological views of the solution to the problem of evil and imagination of Allah refuge from evil are examined, accordıng to Maturidi and Razi in surahs Falak and Nas.
