Türkiye’de birçok sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel faktörlerin etkisiyle yeniliklerin benimsenme süreci zaman alabilmektedir. Bu süreci kontrollü ve daha fonksiyonel hale getirmek amacıyla tarımsal danışmanlık faaliyetlerine ağırlık verilmiştir. GOÜ Ziraat Fakültesi öğrencileri ve lisansüstü öğrencilerin tarımsal danışmanlık sistemine ilişkin bilgi durumu ve tarımsal danışmanlığın geleceğine yönelik beklentileri ortaya konularak tarımsal yayım eğitim programına ilişkin önerilere yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın popülasyonu olarak GOÜ Ziraat Fakültesi’nde ve GOÜ Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü’nde tarım bilimlerde lisansüstü eğitim gören öğrenci sayıları dikkate alınmıştır. Küme (salkım) örnekleme yöntemi belirlenmiş olup, lisans öğrencilerinde örnek hacmi 256 lisansüstünde ise 81öğrenci ile anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler yardımıyla, çapraz tablolar oluşturulmuş ve Khi-Kare analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde, ziraat fakültesi öğrencilerinin %54.30’u yayımın geleceği hakkında endişeli, %45.70’i de tarımsal danışmanlığın iyi yönde ilerleyeceği görüşündedirler. Bu duruma göre, geleceğin yayımcıları olarak düşünülebilecek kitlenin yayım sisteminin geleceği hakkında bir görüş birliğinin olmadığı ve ağırlıklı olarak tarımsal yayım sisteminin geleceğinden endişe ettikleri söylenebilir. Ziraat fakültesi öğrencilerinin tarımsal yayımdan sorumlu kurum ve kuruluşu bilme durumları incelendiğinde %72.40’ı Gıda Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığını sorumlu kuruluş olarak göstermişlerdir. Ziraat fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerin %27.60’ının halen tarımsal yayımdan sorumlu kuruluşu bilmiyor oluşu yayım hizmetlerinin yeterince etkin olarak öğretilemediği sonucunu çıkarabilir. Bu duruma neden olarak tarımsal yayım dersinin ziraat fakültesinin tüm bölümlerinde okutulmuyor olması gösterilebilir. Bu bağlamda tarımsal yayım dersinin ziraat fakültelerinin tüm bölümlerinde etkin bir şekilde okutulması önerilebilir.
With the influence of many social, economic and cultural factors in Turkey, the process of adoption of innovations can take time. Agriculture consultancy activities have been emphasized in order to make this process more controlled and functional. GoU Ziraat Faculty students and postgraduate students have been presented with the information status of the agricultural consulting system and the expectations for the future of agricultural consulting and the recommendations for the agricultural publication training program. As the population of the research, the number of students who have undergone a postgraduate education in agricultural sciences in the GoU Ziraat Faculty and the GoU Institute of Sciences has been considered. The sample method has been determined, and the sample volume in the bachelor's students is 256 and the study application has been made with 81 students. With the help of the obtained data, cross tables were created and Khi-Care analysis was made. When the findings were evaluated, 54.30% of Ziraat faculty students are concerned about the future of the publication, and 45.70% believe that agricultural consultancy will progress in a good direction. Under this circumstance, it can be said that the public that can be considered as the publishers of the future has no opinion on the future of the broadcasting system and they are mostly concerned about the future of the agricultural broadcasting system. Students of Ziraat faculties are studying the institutions and organizations responsible for agricultural publication. The Ministry of Agriculture and Veterinary Affairs has declared 40 responsibilities. The conclusion is that 27.60% of students who are studying at Ziraat faculty are still unknown to the organization responsible for agricultural publication and the publication services are not sufficiently effectively taught. This may be due to the fact that the agricultural publication lessons are not taught in all departments of the Ziraat faculty. In this context, it may be recommended that the agricultural publication course be effectively studied in all departments of the Ziraat faculty.
