Quality is an issue that must be emphasized by companies that want to excel in the local and international markets in today's competitive conditions. The quality management system helps enterprises to increase their market shares, reduce the costs of the enterprise, manage the risk more effectively or increase customer satisfaction. With this study, the efficiency of the enterprises that have the quality management system certificate through consultant support trainings and their own quality management team trainings were investigated and a survey was conducted for this purpose.The questionnaire was applied to 145 enterprises operating in Malatya. Interactions between the five components of internal control have been examined by the firms that have the quality management system certificate through consultancy support trainings and their quality management team trainings.
