The Pinus brutia ten (Pinus brutia ten) It is one of the most economically and ecologically important trees in our country. One of the most important structural stones used in the forecasts regarding the growth and yield of forests is the volume forecasts. The volume predictions are used in the correct calculation of the volume and the distribution of this volume to different commercial classes, in the preparation of forest management plans, in the making of projections on the future of the forest products industry and in the calculation of the amount of biomass and carbon accumulation. In this study, we have developed the tree volume equations for the natural rosemary shells of the Kaş area. For this purpose, 517 sample trees were measured and this sample trees were randomly divided into two groups. One group was used to develop the model, and the other was used to test the developed models. The study tested 19 factory regression models. The choice of the most suitable volume equation; for model development and test data, it is done according to the model relative rankings determined using five different conformity criteria (medium absolute error, error square average, indication rate, maximum absolute error and Akaike information criteria). According to the model's relative rankings, the most successful volume predictions model was the Model 4, while the most failed model was the Model 3. The results for the test data with Model 4 were also compared to the results obtained with other volume equations, and the Model 4 was more successful. The results have shown that using Model 4 can be made more accurate volume predictions in the natural roots of the Kaş area.
