Abstract:

İtfaiyelerde ki tehlikeleri değerlendirme süreci karmaşık bir yapıda olup problemleri ortaya çıkararak çözüm yöntemleri üretmek zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Tehlikelerin bertaraf edilmesi açısından İtfaiye istasyonlarının belirli ölçütlere göre değerlendirilmesi itfaiyeler için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle itfaiye istasyonlarındaki tehlikelerin belirlenerek, çalışanların korunması sağlanması için bu sistemin doğru ve sistematik bir şekilde planlanması gerekir. Bu çalışma, İtfaiye istasyonlarındaki tehlikelerin değerlendirmesi problemi üzerinde odaklanmıştır. Bu çalışmadaki amaç, İtfaiye istasyonlarındaki tehlikelerin kriterler doğrultusunda değerlendirme ölçütleri belirlemek, bu ölçütlere dayanarak tehlikelerin ortadan kaldırılmasını sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden AHP yöntemi ile kriterler ağırlıkları belirlenmiş ve TOPSIS yöntemi ile de belirlenen alternatiflerin sıralaması gerçekleştirilmiştir.

The risk assessment process in the fireworks has become complex and it has become compulsory to develop solutions to problems. The assessment of fire stations according to specific standards is of great importance for firefighters in terms of elimination of dangers. Therefore, identifying the dangers in fire stations, this system should be properly and systematically planned to ensure the protection of employees. This study focuses on the problem of assessing hazards in fire stations. The objective of this study is to determine criteria for assessment of hazards in fire stations according to criteria, and to ensure that hazards are eliminated based on these criteria. For this purpose, multiple criteria decision making techniques have been determined by the AHP method and criteria weights and the ranking of alternatives determined by the TOPSIS method.

The process of evaluating the dangers in fire brigades is a complex structure and it has become necessary to produce solutions by revealing the problems. It is of great importance for firefighters to evaluate fire stations according to certain criteria in terms of eliminating hazards. For this reason, this system should be planned in a correct and systematic way in order to protect the employees by determining the dangers in the fire stations. This study focused on the problem of assessment of hazards in fire stations. The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation criteria of the hazards in the fire stations in line with the criteria and to eliminate the dangers based on these criteria. For this purpose, criteria weights were determined with the AHP method, one of the multi-criteria decision making techniques, and the ranking of the alternatives determined by the TOPSIS method was performed.
