İçme Suyu Olarak Belediye Şebeke Suyunun Tüketici Tercihlerindeki Yerinin Belirlenmesi: Iğdır İli Örneği

Bu çalışmada Iğdır ilinde hanehalkının en uygun içme suyu tipini tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için Iğdır ili Merkez ilçede yaşayan 17-75 yaş aralığında 400 bireyle yüz-yüze görüşme yapılmıştır. Çalışmada tüketici ve ailesine yönelik sosyo- ekonomik ve demografik sorular ile içme ve kullanma suyu tüketimine yönelik sorular sorulmuştur. Anket sayısının belirlenmesinde ana kitle oranlarına dayalı basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile en uygun içme suyu tipinin belirlenmesinde Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre içme suyu olarak hanelerin %38’i şişe suyunu, %35’i arıtma cihazlı şebeke suyunu, %13’ü mahalle çeşmesi veya kaynak suyunu, %13’ü arıtma cihazı olmadan belediye şebeke suyunu, %1'i de arıtma cihazlı kaynak suyunu kullandığı belirlenmiştir. Hanehalkı için aylık ortalama su faturası 40.14 TL ve şişe su harcaması 86.42 TL’dir. Günlük kişi başına içilen su miktarı 2.27 L olup 1.03 L’si şişe sudur. Hanehalkının %32.36’sı şişe suyu, %27.56’sı arıtılmış suyu, %21.27’si çeşme ve kuyu gibi kaynak sularını ve %18.80 ise belediye şebeke suyunu fiyat, hijyen, mineral, tat ve ulaşım kriterlerine göre tercih ettikleri tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonuçlarının Iğdır iline içme ve kullanma suyu arz eden belediye yetkililerine ve içme suyu sağlayan arıtma cihazı ve şişe su pazarlayan firmalara yol göstereceği düşünülmektedir.

In this study, it is intended to identify the most suitable type of drinking water for the household. In order to this goal, a face-to-face meeting with 400 people between the ages of 17 and 75 who live in the Iğdır or Central District has been made. The study asked the consumer and his family’s socio-economic and demographic questions and questions about drinking and drinking water consumption. In determining the number of surveys, the simple random sample method based on the main mass ratio and the best suitable type of drinking water was used by the analytical hierarchy process (AHS) method. According to the results of the study, 38% of households used bottle water, 35% used net water, 13% used neighborhood water or resource water, 13% used municipal net water without resource equipment, and 1% used resource water with resource equipment. The average monthly water bill for households is 40.14 TL and bottle water spending is 86.42 TL. The daily drinking water per person is 2.27 L and 1.03 L is a bottle of water. 32.36% of the households were found to prefer bottle water, 27.56% refined water, 21.27% resource water such as fountains and wells, and 18.80% of the municipal network water according to the price, hygiene, mineral, taste and transport criteria. It is believed that the results of this study will lead to the municipal authorities that supply and use drinking water to the Iğdır province and to the companies that supply drinking water and bottle water.

In order to achieve this aim, 400 individuals between the ages of 17-75 living in the Central District of Iğdır province were interviewed face-to-face. In the study, socio - economic and demographic questions were asked about consumers and their families and questions about drinking and drinking water consumption. The analytical hierarchy process (AHS) method was used to determine the most appropriate type of drinking water by using simple random sampling method based on Main mass ratios in determining the number of surveys. According to the results of the study, 38% of households used bottled water, 35% used mains water with purification device, 13% used fountain or Spring Water, 13% used municipal mains water without purification device and 1% used spring water with purification device as drinking water. The average monthly water bill for households is £ 40.14 and the spend on bottled water is £ 86.42. The amount of water drank per person per day is 2.27 L and 1.03 L is bottled water. 32.36% of households preferred bottled water, 27.56% treated water, 21.27% preferred spring water such as fountains and Wells, and 18.80% preferred municipal mains water according to price, hygiene, mineral, taste and transportation criteria. It is thought that the results of this study will guide the municipal authorities that supply drinking and use water to Igdir province and the companies that market drinking water treatment equipment and bottled water.
