Yönetim yaklaşımları dünya tarihi boyunca dini, siyasi, askeri, sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik nedenlerle değişmiş, reform – rönesans düşünceleri, sanayi devrimi, gelişen teknolojiler gibi önemli faktörler sebebiyle özellikle son yüzyılda Avrupa ve Amerika'daki ekonomik, teknolojik, siyasi ve sosyal nedenlerle değişimi hızlanmıştır. Sanayi Devrimi öncesi yönetim yaklaşımları genelde devlet ve kamu yönetim içindir. Sanayi Devrimi sonrası ise devlet, kamu, küreselleşme, çok uluslu şirketler, insan ilişkileri ve yönetim, finans, etik ve ahlak kurallarının uygulamasında, kaynakların adil kullanımı ve çevre konularındaki sorunlara çözüm aranmaktadır. Dünyada insanlığın, çevrenin, kaynakların ve geleceğin sürdürülebilirliği, korunması, verimli üretim ve adil yönetimi gibi konular için yönetim yaklaşımları, uluslararası anlaşmalar, ISO Standartları ve Sıfır Atık hedefleri vardır ancak siyasi, ekonomik, askeri, dini ve sosyal sebeplerden dolayı adil bir şekilde uygulanmamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Toplam Kalite, çevre yönetimi ve Sıfır Atık Yönetim Planı, Uygulama Yaklaşımları ve eleştirileri yer almaktadır.
Management approaches have changed throughout the world history for religious, political, military, social, cultural and economic reasons, reforms - Renaissance ideas, industrial revolution, emerging technologies, especially in the last century have accelerated change for economic, technological, political and social reasons in Europe and America. Preliminary industrial revolution management approaches are usually for government and public administration. After the industrial revolution, the government, public, globalization, multinational companies, human relations and the implementation of the rules of management, finance, ethics and ethics, the fair use of resources and the environmental issues are sought for solutions. In the world there are management approaches, international agreements, ISO standards and zero waste targets for subjects such as humanity, environment, resources and future sustainability, protection, efficient production and fair management but are not fairly implemented for political, economic, military, religious and social reasons. This study includes Total Quality, Environmental Management and Zero Waste Management Plan, Approaches and Criticisms.
Management approaches have changed due to religious, political, military, social and cultural reasons throughout the world history and changes have accelerated by important factors such as reform – renaissance decisions, industrial revolution and developing technology in the last century. Management approaches were for government and public before Industrial Revolution. After the Industrial Revolution problems regarding government, public, globalization, multinational companies, personal relations and management, finance, practise of ethics and morality, fair use of resources and environment have occurred in management. In the world; management approaches, international agreements, ISO Standards and Zero Waste goals are stated for efficient production, fair management, and the future sustainability of the earth but cannot be practiced due to politic, economic, military, religious, and social reasons, fairly. In this article, total quality, environment, zero waste management plan, approaches, practices and critics are discussed.
