İşletmelerin, küresel pazarda rekabet edilebilirliklerini arttırmak için yenilikçi metotlar uygulayarak ürün, hizmet ve süreç inovasyonunun sürdürülebilir kılınması ve özellikle hizmet sektöründe çıktının soyut olduğu ve doğrudan insan ile ilişkide olunan hizmet alanında, çalışanların güçlendirilmesi ile dayanıklı hale gelebilecekleri öngörüsüyle bu çalışma hazırlanmıştır. Denizli termal turizm konaklama işletmelerinde personel güçlendirmenin çalışanın inovatif davranışına etki edip etmediğini ve demografik özelliklerin personel güçlendirme ve çalışanın inovatif davranışı ile anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını analiz etmek amacıyla Denizli’de faaliyet gösteren 11 termal turizm konaklama işletmesinden toplam 201 iş görene yönelik personel güçlendirme ve çalışanın inovatif davranışı ölçekleri anket çalışması kapsamında uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 20.0 paket programında değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda personel güçlendirmenin çalışanın inovatif davranışını olumlu yönde etkilediği ve personel güçlendirmenin anahtarı olarak eğitim düzeyinin arttırılmasının inovasyonu desteklediği ortaya konmuştur.
The study is prepared with the foresight of making product, service and process innovation sustainable by applying innovative methods to increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the global market. In Denizli thermal tourism accommodation enterprises, it is analyzed whether the empowerment affects the innovative behavior of the employee and whether the demographic characteristics differ significantly with empowerment and the innovative behavior of the employee. Within the scope of the analysis, the empowerment scale and the innovative behavior scale of the employee are applied in the survey study for a total of 201 employees from 11 thermal tourism accommodation enterprises operating in Denizli. The data obtained are evaluated in the SPSS 20.0 package program. As a result of the research, it is revealed that empowerment has a positive effect on the innovative behavior of the employee and it is demonstrated that increasing level of education as the key of empowerment supports innovation.
