Modern companies realized that most important thing is human to succeed and achieve goals with their experiences which they obtain from past to present. Human perspective of companies varies according to their culture. It is impossible for all companies to have the same kind of organizational culture. An organization is able to become successful because of its culture, whereas other companies having the same culture may become unsuccessful due to this type of culture. Organizational culture which affects all operations in company is an important factor. The concept of organizational commitment is closely related with culture of organization. The main objective of this thesis is to determine relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment. Also, in the frame of the application and developed model in the scope of this study; relations between relevant variations have been examined and their results have contributed to the studies that have been made so far. For this purpose, organizational culture and organizational commitment concepts were explained and the relationship between them were revealed.
