Problem: In this article, the physical verbal abuse aspects of "mobbing" concept, so-called in literature, which involves emotional aggression, psychological violence, suppression, isolation and sullying so as to drive the employees out of business life are studied; and the employees' perception of psychological violence is attempted to measure; and whether a relation exists between emotional aggression and the subcategories of burnout -emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personnel accomplishment is searched out Aim of the study: This article aims to establish the burnout level and exposure to the emotional aggression of municipality employees, the sample group, and to observe both concepts' relations with demographic variables, and to suggest solutions after detecting the pertaining problems. Method: Field study is investigated. Results: The levels of emotional ex haustion and depersonalization of municipality employees are low and the levels of personnel accomplishment of municipality employees are high. Also, the levels of exposure to emotional aggressi on of the sample are low. Although the burnout levels differ as demographic variables change, the levels of emotional aggression not. Results show that, the relationships between emotional aggression and emotional exhaustion, emotional aggression and depersonalization are positive, the relationship between emotional aggression and personal accomplishment is negative. Suggestions: The probability of to experience the phenomenon of burnout and emotional aggression, it has been suggested to arrange some proactive activities to become conscious in organizational level. Also, it is important to have a collaborati ve organizational culture that includes team work. Also it has been suggested to perform some education activities to become conscious in social level.
