Most research from the second quarter of the twentieth century to the present day has observed an interaction, change and transformation in all organizations and organizations where the individual focuses and is active. This process of transformation and change has also influenced organizational management styles, including leadership approaches. Nevertheless, instead of the leadership model that is at present obedient and served to himself and to the work, which acts in line with its interests and goals, the serving leadership model that guides and serves its followers, which unites them in line with the common purpose, which gives them value and offers opportunities, and which sees these characteristics as a way of life, has developed. Especially in the rapidly developing competitive environment in our age, the effective use of resources by organizations, organizations, and the achievement of high efficiency, performance and motivation with their employees has become quite difficult. In the implementation of these basic elements, the serving leadership model appears to us as a leadership model that attracts a lot of attention in the organization management. Serving leadership is different from transformative, charismatic, interactive, paternal and authentic leadership, which is other important leadership models; the development, growth and education of their followers, their specific focus on their needs and desires, and the creation of institutional culture. The aim of the work in this framework is to study the impact of the serviced leadership style perceived by the astes of managers on the self-quality of astes and on the collective capacity.
