Kırk beş tümörlü orşiektomi olgusundan 16'sı (%35,6) klasik seminom, 3'ü (%6,7) spermatositik seminom, 1'i (%2,2) sinsityotrofoblastik hücreli seminom, 1'i (%2,2) embryonal karsinom, 17'si (%37,8) mikst germ hücreli tümör, 6'sı (%13,3) lenfoma ve 1'i (%2,2) intratübüler germ hücreli neoplazi tanısı almıştır. Germ hücreli tümörler tüm testis tümörlerinin %86,7'sini oluştururken, germ hücreli tümörlerin de %51,3'ünü seminomların oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Serimizde yer alan testis tümörlerinin çoğunluğunu germ hücreli tümörler, bunların da çoğunluğunu seminomlar ve mikst germ hücreli tümörler oluşturmaktadır.
Testis tumors account for 1-2% of male tumors in men. It is often seen in young men and is picked up in the fourth nearby. The most common histological type are germ cell tumors. In this study, the purpose of the archive scan is to retrospective the facts of testicular tumors diagnosed in our section. Tools and Methods: In our study, 83 archaeological phenomena sent to the Medical Pathology Department of the Medical Faculty of the University of Süleyman Demirel for histopathological examination between 2007 and 2012 were retrospective examined. The people diagnosed with the tumor were selected and classified according to the World Health Organization’s 2004 classification. Results: As a result of our study, 45 testicular tumors have been detected in our 5 year archive. Of the fifty-five tumor orchectomy phenomena, 16 (35.6%) have been diagnosed with classical seminom, 3 (6.7%) spermatozoic seminom, 1 (2.2%) sinsityotrofoblastic cell seminom, 1 (2.2%) embryonal carcinoma, 17 (37.8%) microgernal cell tumor, 6 (13.3%) lymphoma and 1 (2.2%) intratubular germ cell neoplasm. Germ cell tumors account for 86.7% of all testicular tumors, while 51.3% of germ cell tumors are seminoms. The majority of the testicular tumors in our series are germ cell tumors, the majority of them are seminoms and mixed germ cell tumors.
