Abstract:

The global economic crisis encountered in 2008 brought along many structural changes, particularly the nature of the international system, regional collaborations and domestic economic and political transformations. These structural changes have had transformative effects on real sector, economic and financial institutions, and the capacity and performance of the public authorities. The relationship between these analysis objects has a very high contribution to the tools that will develop in the dialectic of the state, society and economy, mostly economic and political crisis management. In this study, the transformative effect of the 2008 global economic crisis in the economy management and coordination is discussed, and the 'new normal' created by the state aid and crisis management spiral due to the stagnation in the global economy expressed in basic macroeconomic indicators and the internal instability in selected economies.
