Abstract:

The Hitlers, M. and II. It is a civilization that has ruled in Anatolia for a thousand years and is a sign of the East History. Hattuşa, the capital of the Hitit Empire, is visited by many domestic and foreign tourists accompanied by guides. The guides tell tourists Hattuşa, the capital of the Hits, according to their own knowledge and experience. According to his guides, Hattuşa is perceived as "the city that Anita has forgotten", "the city of gods and temples", "the city of a thousand gods", "the cup treaty", "the city where women and men are equal", "the place included in the UNESCO World Heritage List" and "the city of the gods and temples". The majority of the guides present the city as Hattuşaş or Boğazköy. Even guides perceive Hattuša and Yazılıkaya as separate settlements. The guides said they visited Hattuşa during the application trip but most of the tours they left did not come back because they didn’t have Hattuşa in their programs. The guides, in the conversations, the traffic failure in Hattuşa, the lack of good roads, the lack of the washboard, the lack of sufficient resuscitation, the lack of information, the intensity of the herbs and the danger of the cane, the failure of the vehicles to move at the visit of the site in the cold and windy weather, the lack of information about the recent dates and results, the lack of information about the nail-written tablets, the problems in the ticket entry, the failure of the gift shop, etc. They pointed out the negative. In addition, the lack of services provided in the places where they receive lunch in Boğazkale was also expressed. In this study, the quality research method is used by professional tourist guides, the attractive and positive aspects of Hattuşa; the negative aspects of the guides in their tours in Hattuşa and the sub-structure problems; how to introduce Hattuşa according to the guides and identify their recommendations regarding Hattuşa.
