Abstract:

The technological innovations and facilities it brings continue to show themselves in every field of life and as a result of this, to influence the field of Translation. In the field of translation, computer-supported translation tools and neural machine translation systems, which facilitate human translation, have significantly accelerated the translation process. Through the tools of the BDC, the programs that can create their own database and terminology for the translator more quickly, more systematically and better manage their translations have begun to give a different perspective to the translation field. As Google Translate has a free and simple user interface, it has begun to be preferred by both amateur and professional translators who want to translate. Therefore, in recent years the popularity has increased and the quality of translation has increasingly improved in the context of the summer translation of the Czech Republic, the illustrator and children's book writer Feridun Oral's book "This winter no one will cool" to study its use in children's books, the English translation of the book by human translator and the English translation by the Czech Republic has been chosen as the research subject of this study. Translations are visually analyzed and evaluated in terms of language knowledge, context and quality of translation. At the end of the study, in the summer translation of machine translation, in particular in the translation of children's literature, evaluations on its availability and advice for scientists who wish to do research or application in this field were presented.
