Geri Dönüştürülmüş Beton Agregasının Düşük Plastisiteli Bir Kilin Mekanik Özelliklerine Etkisi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, beton dayanımını belirlemek amacı ile test edilmiş olan beton numunesi atıklarının ufalanması ile elde edilmiş olan geri dönüştürülmüş beton agregalarının (GDA) yol ve dolgu yapımında alt temel malzemesi olarak kullanımı üzerine deneysel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Beton numunesi atıkları laboratuvar ortamında el yordamı ile kırılıp elenmek sureti ile deneyler için gerekli boyutlara indirilmiştir. Bölge civarında temin edilen killi zemin, dolgu yapımında kullanılacak alt temel malzemesi olarak seçilmiştir. 425 mikron boyutundan elenerek (40 nolu elek) hazırlanmış olan GDA, alt temel zemini ile %5, %10 ve %15 oranlarında karıştırılmak sureti ile farklı karışım oranlarında örnekler hazırlanmıştır. GDA nın killi zeminin mekanik özelliklerine etkisinin belirlenmesi için hazırlanan karışımlar üzerinde standart Proctor, serbest basınç dayanımı (UCS) ve Kaliforniya taşıma oranı (CBR) şeklinde bir seri deney gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneysel çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre GDA düşük plastisiteli killi zeminin mekanik özelliklerini iyileştirmektedir.

The Effect of Recycled Beton Agregate on Low-Plastic Clay Mechanical Properties

Abstract:

In this study, a experimental research was conducted on the use of recycled concrete aggregates (GDA) obtained by the deforestation of concrete sample waste which were tested in order to determine concrete resistance as the underlying material in the construction of the road and filling. Beton sample waste in the laboratory environment has been reduced to the necessary sizes for experiments with the form of hand-breaking and eliminating. The curved floor supplied around the area has been selected as the underlying basic material to be used in filling. The GDA, which was prepared by removing from the size of 425 micron (40th edge), was prepared with different mix rate samples with the bottom base and the mixture rate of 5% and 10% and 15%. On the mixture prepared to determine the effect of the GDA on the mechanical characteristics of the curved floor, a series of experiments were conducted in the form of the standard Proctor, free pressure resistance (UCS) and the California transport rate (CBR). According to the results of the experimental study, the GDA improves the mechanical properties of the low-plastic grinding floor.

Abstract:

In this study, an experimental research was conducted on the use of recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) obtained by pulverized of broken concrete samples which were used for determining the strength of concrete. Concrete samples were crushed in the laboratory and reduced to the required dimensions for the experiments. The clayey soil provided in the vicinity was chosen as the sub-base material to be used in road and embankment construction. RCA prepared by sieving 425-micron (No: 40) were mixed with sub-base soil at 5%, 10% and 15% thereby samples were prepared in different mixing ratios. Some geotechnical experiments were performed on the mixtures prepared to determine the effect of RCA on the water-density relationship and mechanical properties of clayey soil such as Proctor, Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS) and California Bearing Ratio (CBR). According to the results of the experimental study, RCA improves the mechanical properties of low plasticity clayey soil.
