Alternative solutions are developed with the help of the possibilities provided by today’s technologies to provide entrepreneurial capital, which is one of the strongest challenges to overcome in entrepreneurship. The mass funding, which has also been used in our country over the last 10 years, is one of the alternative funding systems that we have seen. Mass funding, which is an important element for the level of prosperity of the country economies and societies, the method of collecting the funds they need in the establishment stage from the crowds, is also the subject of research in the summer. These researches have been carried out in the framework of many theories, methods and different cultures. Focusing on the common aspects of these works in the summer, contributing to the creation of a conceptual framework for mass funding has been the priority of our research. Our study consists of the main studies discussed as a basic source related to mass funding and published in Turkey in 32, and International 62 research content analysis methods have been studied. This study has been aimed at identifying the positive and negative aspects of mass funding. Although the mass funding enables many social and economic initiatives to be implemented, it has been found that project creators, who are entrepreneurial candidates, may face many different problems in the funding collection or subsequent processes. The research has found that the system can work through the element of confidence, and that the legal regulations and international standards can be presented in time to reduce these risks. The fact that research on the subject has been carried out in many different countries has made obstacles to the discovery of cultural differences. The increase in local studies in this area in Turkey and the support of the research methods used to date by quantitative methods will be able to contribute to the development of the conceptual framework of the Mass Fund. In addition to scientific research and the development of the legal infrastructure, it will also be possible to ensure that the Mass Fund has a more reliable and wider use. Our research has been addressed in the framework of the Signal Theory in order to illuminate the necessary aspects for the development of the mass funding system and the achievement of projects. Crowdfunding, which has been used in our country for the last 10 years, is one of these alternative fund supply systems. Crowdfunding, which is an important element for the well-being of the countries' economies and societies, is applied by collecting the funds needed by the enterprises during the establishment phase, and has become the subject of research in the literature. These researches have been carried out within the framework of many different theories, methods and different cultures. Contributing to the creation of a conceptual framework for crowdfunding by focusing on the common aspects of these research in literature has been the primary goal of our research. In our study, 33 researches from Turkey and 62 international researches considered as the main source of crowdfunding funding, were examined by content analysis. As a result of this examination, the positive and negative aspects of crowdfunding were revealed. Although crowdfunding enables the realization of many social and economic initiatives, it was determined that project creators who are entrepreneur candidates may face many different problems in the collection of funds or in the following processes. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the system can operate on the basis of trust, and the risks can be reduced by introducing legal regulations and international standards over time. The fact that research on the subject have been conducted in many different countries created restrictions on revealing cultural differences. An increase in the number of local studies in Turkey and supporting the studies that have been using heuristic methods so far with quantitative methods, will contribute to the development of the conceptual framework of crowdfunding. In addition, with the development of the legal infrastructure as well as scientific research, it will be possible for Crowdfunding to have a more reliable and widespread use area.
