Çalışma Sprague-Dawley ırkı erkek sıçanlarda yapıldı. Çalışmada ilki kontrol olmak üzere 4 grup oluşturuldu. İkinci gruba 0.15ml/kg dozunda nar çekirdeği yağı (NÇY), üçüncü gruba 40mg/kg dozunda pentaklorofenol (PCP) ve dördüncü gruba 40mg/kg dozunda PCP+0.15ml/kg dozunda NÇY 28 gün boyunca gavaj ile uygulandı. Deneme sonunda eritrositte hemoglobin, katalaz ve glutasyon peroksidaz, nitrik oksit, malondialdehit, süperoksit dismutaz parametreleri; serumda 8-hidroksi-2-deoksi guanosin (8-OH-dG) ve biyokimyasal parametreleri incelendi. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışmada sıçanlara oral yoldan gavaj ile 40mg/kg uygulanan PCP’nin karaciğer hasarına, lipid peroksidasyonuna ve antioksidan enzim etkinliklerinde azalmaya yol açtığı; NÇY’nin PCP’nin istenmeyen etkileri üzerine koruyucu rolü olduğu belirlendi.
The study was conducted on the Sprague-Dawley race in male rats. Four groups were formed for the first inspection. In the second group, 0.15ml/kg in the dose of nuts oil (NCI), 40mg/kg in the third group, pentaclorofenol (PCP) and 40mg/kg in the fourth group, PCP+0.15ml/kg in the dose of NCI were administered for 28 days. At the end of the test, the parameters of hemoglobin, catalase and glutation peroxidase, nitric oxide, malondialdehitis, superoxid dismutase were studied in erythrosis; the 8-hydroxy-2-deoxy guanosine (8-OH-dG) and biochemical parameters were studied in the serum. As a result, in this study, it was found that the PCP applied to mice by oral gage with 40mg/kg leads to liver damage, lipid peroxidation and reduction in antioxidant enzyme effects; the NCI has a protective role on the side effects of the PCP.
