Bu araştırma özel gereksinimli çocuğa sahip ebeveynlerin psikolojik dayanıklılıkları ve umutsuzluk düzeyleri ile ilişkisini incelemektedir. İlişkisel tarama modeline göre desenlenen bu araştırmada çalışma grubunu özel gereksinimli çocuğa sahip 146 kadın 117 erkek olmak üzere toplam 263 ebeveyn oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanması için ‘Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği (BUÖ)’, ‘Yetişkinler için Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği’ ve çalışmaya katılan ebeveynlerin sosyo-demografik bilgilerini belirlemek için araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre; katılımcıların psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeyleri özel gereksinimli çocuk sayısına, ailelerin eğitim düzeylerine göre anlamlı farklılaşmaktadır. ailelerin umutsuzluk düzeyleri ile psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeyleri arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur.
This study examines the relationship of parents with a child with special needs with psychological resistance and level of disappointment. According to the relational scan model, the study group consisted of a total of 263 parents, including 117 men, with 146 women with a child with special needs. For the collection of the research data, the 'Beck Desperation Scale (BEC)', the 'Psichological Resistance Scale for Adults' and the social-demographic information of the parents participating in the study were used by the researcher's personal information form to determine the socio-demographic information of the study. According to the study, the levels of psychological resilience of the participants vary significantly from the number of children with special needs, according to the levels of education of the families. It has been found that there is a meaningful relationship between the levels of despair and the levels of psychological resistance in the negative direction.
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the psychological resilience and hopelessness levels of parents having children with special needs. In this study designed according to the relational survey model, the study group consists of 263 parents with children with special needs ( 146 mothers and 117 fathers). The "Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS)", "Adult Psychological Resilience Scale" were used to collect the research data, and the personal information form prepared by the researcher to determine the socio-demographic information of the parents participating in the study. to the results of this study, the psychological resilience levels of the participants differed significantly according to the number of children with special needs and the education levels of the families. It was found that there is a significant negative correlation between families' hopelessness levels and psychological resilience levels.
