Abstract:

In the simplest way, entrepreneurship is to take some risks to gain profits, creating a business space. A number of drivers that influence the development of entrepreneurship, which has an important role in the economic and human development of societies, can be mentioned. These factors vary according to variables such as education level, family, culture, economic system, market conditions. But it can be stated that the most fundamental driver in the event of entrepreneurship as an effort and process is the intention of entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial tendency, which can be seen as a conscious, planned and targeted process, is shaped along with the individual’s personality characteristics, while also under environmental impacts. In this study, the concept of entrepreneurial tendency and the personal and environmental impacts that direct the entrepreneurial tendency have been explained.
