So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

İcra ve İflas Kanunu’muzda tüm canlılar, taşınır mallar gibi ele alınarak düzenlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, kanun koyucunun bu bakış açısına eleştirel bir gözle bakılarak, hayvanların haczi ve muhafazasındaki eksiklere; çocuk teslimine, çocukla kişisel ilişki kurulmasına ilişkin hükümlere değinilmiştir.

In the Law of Iraq and the Law of False, all living beings are treated as transferred goods. In this study, with a critical look at this point of view of the lawmaker, the deficiencies in the volume and conservation of the animals; the provisions concerning the delivery of the child, the establishment of personal relations with the child.
