Abstract:

Şirketlerin verimli bir şekilde yönetmesi gereken kaynaklarından biri insan kaynağıdır. Çalışanların iş tatminlerinin artırılması, şirketlerin başarısının artırılmasına etki etmektedir. Çalışanlar ile ilgili alınan karar ve uygulamaların adil olması çalışanların motivasyonu ve iş tatminini artırıcı etkenlerdendir. Çalışmamızda ele aldığımız örgütsel adaletin alt boyutu olan dağıtımsal adalet kavramı, çalışanların elde ettikleri ücret, ödül ve ceza gibi kazanımların kendileri tarafından adil olarak algılanma düzeyi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Dağıtım adalet algısının yüksek olduğu çalışanlarda, iş tatmininin yüksek olduğu yapılan çalışmalarda ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı toplu taşıma şoförlerinin dağıtım adalet algılarının, iş tatminleri üzerinde anlamlı olarak etkili olup olmadığının saha çalışması ile incelenerek ortaya konulmasıdır. 688 katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilen saha çalışması sonucunda toplu taşıma şoförlerinin dağıtım adalet algılarının, iş tatmini üzerinde anlamlı etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

One of the resources that companies need to manage efficiently is human resources. Increasing employees’ job satisfaction increases the company’s success. The fairness of decisions and practices made with respect to employees is one of the factors that boosts the motivation and satisfaction of employees. The concept of distribution justice, which is the lower dimension of organizational justice we discuss in our study, is defined as the level of fair perception by the employees of the earnings, such as wages, rewards and penalties. Distribution justice perception is high in employees, the work satisfaction is high in studies. The purpose of this study is to reveal by the fieldwork whether the distribution of justice perceptions of public transport drivers are significantly influenced on business satisfaction. The field work conducted with 688 participants concluded that the distribution justice perceptions of public transport drivers have a significant impact on business satisfaction.

Distributive justice, which is the sub-dimension of organizational justice, is the perception of employees as fair about wages, rewards and penalties. Studies have shown that employees with high perception of distributional justice have high job satisfaction. The aim of this study is to determine whether the distribution justice perception of public transportation drivers has a significant effect on job satisfaction. As a result of the study conducted with 688 participants, it was concluded that the distribution justice perceptions of public transport drivers had a significant effect on job satisfaction.
