Abstract:

Purpose - This research aims to study the impact of strategic compliance on supply chain performance in supply chain and information systems. Method - In this study, the method of "relational scan" from quantum research methods has been used. The universe of the study covers thousands of companies that carry out the highest exports determined by the Turkish Exporters Council. The data was gathered with the management of the companies, with the help of the survey. It is intended to reach all the companies but data available from 268 companies. The data is analyzed with SPSS and AMOS programs. Results - Supply chain and information systems have been shown to be positively linked to strategic compliance with supply chain performance. Discussions - Harmonization of the efficiency-focused information systems strategy with the supply chain strategy can improve the supply chain performance. In addition, the harmonisation of the hybrid supply chain strategy with the comprehensive information systems strategy can also improve the supply chain performance.
