Bu araştırmada, Tekirdağ il sınırlarında bulunan bağda yetiştirilen 110R anacına aşılı Michele Palieri üzüm çeşidi kombinasyonundan oluşan omcalarda gerçekleştirilen yaprak alma ve uç alma uygulamalarının, bir sonraki yılın göz verimliliği değerleri üzerine etkileri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma, 2018-2019 ile 2019-2020 vejetasyon dönemlerinde, 3 farklı gelişme döneminde (tane tutumu, iri koruk ve ben düşme) ve 4 farklı uygulama yapılarak [kontrol, uç alma (U), yaprak alma (Y) ve yaprak alma-uç alma (YA-UA)] gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, uygulama kombinasyonları dikkate alınarak 1. gözden 12. göze kadar olan göz verimlilikleri incelenmiş, yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda 5. ve 6. gözlerdeki verimliliğin daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, 2018 yılında iklim odasında sürdürülen gözlerin verimliliklerinin daha yüksek 2019 yılında ise bağda süren gözlerin verimliliklerinin az da olsa yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. İklim odasında sürdürülen ve bağda süren gözlerin verimliliği açısından iki yılın ortalaması alındığında 6. gözün 0.96 değeri ile en yüksek göz verimliliği değerine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca iklim odası ve bağ koşullarında göz verimliliği bakımından farklılık oluştuğu söylenebilir. Sonuç olarak Michele Palieri üzüm çeşidinde bağdan optimum bir göz verimliliği almak için iri koruk döneminde yaprak alma (Y) uygulaması önerilebilir bulunmuştur.
In this study, the effect of the leafing and ending practices in the shoulders consisting of a combination of Michele Palieri grape varieties vaccinated 110R grown in the garden located in Tekirdağ province in the next year on eye efficiency values has been determined. The research was carried out in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 vegetation periods, in 3 different development periods (tune attitude, big protector and I fall) and in 4 different applications [control, end-taking (U), leaf-taking (Y) and leaf-taking (YA-UA)]. The study, taking into account the combinations of application, examined the eye efficiency from 1 to 12 eyes, and the results of the assessments found that the efficiency in the 5th and 6th eyes was higher. Moreover, in 2018 the efficiency of the eyes held in the climate room was higher; in 2019 the efficiency of the eyes held in the climate room was less or less high. When the average of two years in terms of the efficiency of the eyes held and held in the climate room, it is determined that the 6th eye has the highest efficiency value with the value of 0.96. It can also be said that there is a difference in eye efficiency in the climate room and connectivity conditions. As a result; the Michele Palieri wheat variety may be recommended to apply the leaf collection (Y) during the large conservation period to obtain an optimal eye efficiency from the bond.
