Abstract:

Children’s rights are a universal concept that defines the rights of all children in the world by law or morally, such as education, health, housing, protection against physical, psychological or sexual exploitation. In recent years, children’s rights violations have reached considerable dimensions, especially due to negative factors such as immigration, rapid urbanization, regional differences, economic crisis, poverty, the size of the children and youth population, unemployment, globalization, domestic violence, children’s education traditions, social gender inequality, terrorism, information technology, labour exploitation, pornography and law exclusion. The parents are able to have children at the time and in the amount they want and in the extent they can. While there are significant developments in the rights of the child, taking into account the dimensions of the problem; taking into account the rights of life, protection, development and participation, which are the basis of the rights of the child, children should be educated, a legal system should be established, which is practicing positive discrimination against the children who are violated and criminalized, and which will help regain them. In the legislation to be made, the benefit of children should be kept in the forefront and a environment where children will live in peace, prosperity and peace.
