Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’nin en büyük anahtar endüstrilerinden biri olan otomotiv sektöründeki öncü işletmelerin performanslarını kritik ekonomik ölçütler doğrultusunda değerlendirmektir. Araştırmaya konu olan işletmeler, 2018 Fortune Türkiye raporunda otomotiv sektöründe ulusal/uluslararası düzeyde faaliyet gösteren en başarılı 10 firmadan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada 9 ekonomik kriter 5 uzman tarafından kendi bilgi ve tecrübeleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiş ve Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemlerinden SWARA (Step- Wise Weight Assesment Ratio) ile ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Uzmanlar tarafından performansı en belirleyici 3 ekonomik gösterge sırasıyla öz kaynak, net satışlar ve FVÖK olarak belirlenmiştir. Uygulamanın ikinci kısmında, Gri İlişkisel Analiz Yöntemi kullanılarak performansı en yüksek olan işletme “Ford Otomotiv” olarak belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of the leading companies in the automotive sector, one of the largest key industries in Turkey, according to critical economic standards. The companies that are subject to the research are made up of the top 10 companies that operate in the automotive industry at national/international level in the 2018 Fortune Turkish report. In the study, 9 economic criteria were evaluated by 5 experts based on their knowledge and experience and emphasized by the SWARA (Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio) of the Multi-Critical Decision Methods. The most determining performance by experts is 3 economic indicators respectively identified as own source, net sales and FVÖK. In the second part of the application, the company with the highest performance using the Grey Relational Analysis Method was defined as "Ford Automotive".
