Endüstri Devriminden günümüze kadar üretimin artması ve ekonomik ilişkilerin eskisine oranla daha da karmaşık hale gelmesi; devamında sosyo-ekonomik ve siyasal dönüşümleri de beraberinde getirmiştir. Her bir Endüstri Devrimi, daha öncesinde sahip olunan bilgi ve deneyimler üzerine eklemlenerek birikimli olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Genel olarak, ideal vatandaş ve istendik davranışlara sahip bireyler yetiştirmeyi amaçlayan eğitim-öğretim sistemi de bu değişmelerden fazlasıyla etkilenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Endüstri 4.0 sonrasında yaşanan gelişmelerin eğitim-öğretime olan etkilerini dünya ve Türkiye ölçeğinde incelemektir. Çalışma nitel araştırma çerçevesinde planlanmış, yürütülmüş ve verilerin elde edilmesi amacıyla ise literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma ile günümüz toplumlarında Endüstri 4.0 ile başlayan gelişmelerin bir sonucu olarak teknoloji üretimi, ar-ge, pazarlama, girişimcilik, algoritmik düşünme, kodlama, problem çözme gibi yeterliliklerin önem kazanmaya başladığı görülmektedir. Diğer yandan eğitim sisteminin bu yeni gelişmelere adapte olarak piyasa koşullarına entegre olması, öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin güncel gereksinimler doğrultusunda donanmasına olan ihtiyacı ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda okul müfredatlarına Endüstri 4.0’ın gerektirdiği bilgi ve becerilere sahip bireyler yetiştirmeyi amaçlayan kazanımlar eklenmiş ve bu doğrultuda kodlama, robotik, finansal okuryazarlık, girişimcilik, iletişim becerileri okul müfredatlarındaki yerini almıştır. Türkiye’de de bu gelişmeler doğrultusunda kodlama, robotik ile ilgili kazanımlar müfredatlarda yerini almaya başlamış; yerel ve ulusal düzeyde projelerle öğrenciler bu kazanımlar doğrultusunda çalışmalar yapmaya teşvik edilmişlerdir.
The increase in production since the Industrial Revolution and the complexity of economic relations compared to the past brought about socio-economic and political transformations. Each Industrial Revolution has been realized cumulatively, articulating on the knowledge and experience previously possessed. In general, the education system, which aims to raise individuals with ideal citizens and desired behaviors, has been greatly affected by these changes. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the developments after Industry 4.0 on education and training in the world and Turkey. The study was conducted within the framework of qualitative research and a literature review was made to obtain data. As a result of the developments that started with Industry 4.0 in today's societies, it is seen that competencies such as technology production, R&D, marketing, entrepreneurship, algorithmic thinking, coding and problem solving have begun to gain importance. On the other hand, the integration of the education system to market conditions by adapting to these new developments has revealed the need for students and teachers to be equipped in line with current needs. In line with these needs, acquisitions aimed at raising individuals with the knowledge and skills required by Industry 4.0 have been added to the school curriculum, and in this direction, coding, robotics, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, communication skills have taken their place in school curricula. In line with these developments in Turkey, acquisitions related to coding and robotics have started to be included in the curriculum; With projects at local and national levels, students are encouraged to work towards these achievements.
