Our goal is to evaluate the indicative occurrences of percutaneously treated liver cysts, to investigate the effectiveness of treatment, the rate of complications and the causes of failure in patients who have not responded to treatment. Method and Requirements: Our study is a retrospective study and in our entrepreneurial radiology unit from January 2012 to November 2018 percutaneous treatment was applied and post-treatment tracking was included in the study of patients performed by our own clinic. Patients have been assessed in terms of age, gender, localization of the cyst in the liver, the number of cysts processed, the types of cysts and the size of the cyst. Our unsuccessful processing criteria are: sepsion-calcification is an unfollowed increase in the cyst size, no change in the cyst stage, extravation and the existence of nuts. In our study, a total of 104 patients, including 38 (36,5%) men and 66 (63,5%) women, with an age range ranging from 4 to 72, received 119 treatments. The size of the cysts treated with percutaneous cysts was between 4-16 cm and the average diameter was 7.8 cm. 92 of the cysts (77%) were compatible with type 1, 25 (21%) type 2 and 2 (1.6%) type 3 cyst hydratic. 101 transactions (85%) were successful; 18 transactions (15%) were unsuccessful. In 5 of the unsuccessful procedures (28%), there was gall escape, in 2 (%11) extravation, in 3 (%17) insufficient medical treatment and in 8 (% 44) nickel. PROPOSITION and RESULTATE: Percutaneous treatment in cyst-directed cases is a very effective method with a low rate of complications, which can be applied to multiple cysts in the same session.
