Abstract:

The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) particle causes different clinical responses in the residence depending on the genetic background and can develop long-term symptoms after healing. With today’s knowledge, SARS-CoV-2 infection can be defined as the cause of an autoimmune viral vasculopathy clinic. It is unclear with our available information which patients will develop severe or long-term disease. There are many different pathophysical mechanisms that cause symptoms associated with SARS-CoV-2 such as chronic pain, fatigue, sarcopene, vasculopathy, autoimmune disorders, arthritis and central sensitivity. We now know that SARS-CoV-2 is a result of microtrombosis and endothelial dysfunction in many vital organs, causing immune response and life-threatening conditions. It also triggers an immune response in the housing. This immune reaction can trigger autoimmune diseases in the long run. In this collection, we focused on the various symptoms caused by the virus, in addition to systemic complications, especially from the point of view of a physiologist.
