Abstract:

In this study, the economic aspect of the selected farmers located in the Dereköy and Yenikurudere villages connected to the İzmir Illi Kemalpaşa district was revealed. The main reason for the choice of these villages is that the villages where the archaeology is very common. The data belongs to the 2014-2015 production year and is provided by the survey method of 53 wholesale enterprises. The research has been statistically tested whether there is a difference between the characteristics of the enterprises engaged in agriculture activities according to the villages and enterprise sizes. The analysis was carried out according to the size of the business. The average age of teachers was 47 and the average training time was 5.68 years. The average production of honey per cup is 19.27 kg. In, in addition to smooth honey and pepper honey, propolis, pollen, beef milk are also produced. According to the general number of producers of bees, the gross profit per cave is 133.72 TL. The survey found that 49.06 percent of the companies sold their bee products through local wholesale channels, while 33.96 percent through major wholesale companies and 16.98 percent through retail. 83,02% of have benefited from the support provided per capita in connection with the clearance. The main problem in the artery is the marketing of bees products.
