Şemseddin-i Sivasî who lived in 16th century has more than thirty verse and prose. In the libraries there are eleven verse out of which nine are spiritual couplets. Mir’âtü’l-Ahlâk is one of the most successful spiritual couplets has 4520 verse. After Şemseddin-i Sivasî’s life, his Works and his literary life has been introduced in this study, we introduced Mir’âtü’l-Ahlâk in outlines. In the end, we tried to emphasize the import of Mir’âtü’l-Ahlâk and Şemseddin-i Sivasî in Turkish literature.
