Abstract:

In the development of the nation and the transfer of a national identity, the correct determination of the educational model is of great importance. The common objective, the common share and the determination of their mission and vision by a national identity will contribute to the national identity of the future generation to grow. When the Ottoman Empire entered the stop period, the effect of positive sciences in medreses was reduced and religious education was focused on the placement of worship consciousness to the rulers. Our religion has a way of thinking that aims to help, even the innovative worship of science and art, which is sociable. In our study we will examine the influence of human resources, vision and mission organization objectives, which are the components of this educational model that we aim, and the contribution to the improvements that will be provided in the field of workforce and development by moral, professional standards, and technical elements aimed at the overall quality and good product. In this way, we will discuss the practicality of the Ahilik and the impeachment culture today. We will examine the importance of the model of professional education from primary school to university education, the importance of the teacher, student relationship to the master's relationship.
