DOĞRUSAL PROGRAMLAMA MODELİ İLE BİR KOBİ’DE HİZMET ÜRETİM PLANLAMASI

In the environment of modern age compelling for change, organizations can survive depending on the strategies they implement. The most important of these strategies is to gain competitive edge via determining the optimal production components by using finite sources most effectively and thus determining the most optimal production components. It is not generally possible for SME to employ staff who can intensively use scientific methods to gain competitive edge. Staff with such quality work for higher wages. The staff they employ are more suitable for basic and simple knowledge use. Hence the importance of making simple and valid methods applicable for SMEs becomes obvious. The SME, which is handled in this study, automotive service sector. In this sector, work load vary according to seasons. While the workplace Works at full performance with no time free time and free machine, it has a very low workload in some months due to seasonal reasons. In this study, using a mathematical linear programming technique, a linear programming model for a SME (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) operating in automotive service industry in Sivas with 11 people, was identified. This model was solved with Lingo Package Program and the optimal service production component for the SME was determined. According to this determination, SME; Tire Change, Oil and Antifreeze Exchange; Front Wheel Repair, Brake Test using computerized work is to maximize the time and labor turnover in the event of a production. Besides, this study shows that it is necessary for SMEs to accumulate data and that they can better plan future by using past data.
