So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of compassion fatigue on employees and to determine the relationship between motivation levels and job satisfaction. The population of the study consisted of 410 healthcare professionals working in public and foundation Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul between March and May 2019. The study is comparative and descriptive, and questionnaires were collected by face-to-face interview method with "Introductory Information Form", "Compassion Fatigue Scale", "Job Satisfaction Scale", "Motivation Scale". In statistical analysis; Correlation analysis method was used to determine the relationship between descriptive tests and variables, and regression analysis method was used to determine the effect degree of variables. The level of significance in differences and relationships was accepted as p <0.05. In the study, the total score of Compassion Fatigue Scale was 3.08 ± 0.37, the total score of Motivation Scale was 3.36 ± 0.65 and the Job Satisfaction Scale was 3.23 ± 0.73 points. No statistically significant relationship was found between the Compassion Fatigue Scale and the Motivation Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale (p <0.05). It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the levels of compassion fatigue and the education level and total working time of healthcare professionals (p <0.05). The wage factor is a major factor in the development of compassion fatigue. While problems such as high patient demand in public hospitals and unfair approaches in promotion systems come to the forefront, in private hospitals, busy working hours and low wages for healthcare workers pose a big problem.
