So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Türkiye’de kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının, teknolojik gelişmeleri yeterince takip edemediği, bu nedenle çalışmalardan istenildiği gibi verimin alınamadığı ve yöneticilerin planlama ve karar aşamalarında gereken bilgi desteğini alamadıkları bilinmektedir. Türkiye’de başta hizmet olmak üzere bir çok sektördebüyük olarak faaliyet gösteren kamu sektörü, ülkemizin ihtiyaç duyduğu e-devlet anlayışını hayata geçirecek bilişim sistemlerini henüz kuramamış olup, bu konuda bir çok kurum farklı alanda bilişim çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir. Bu çalışma da Sakarya Valiliği bünyesinde oluşturulan Bilişim Sistemleri tanıtılarak, yerinde yönetimlerde Valilik ve ona bağlı kurumlarda yapılması gereken teknik yapılandırmalar uygulamalı olarak açıklanacaktır.
