Mor urinary pocket syndrome (MITS) is a rare clinical condition characterized by the interaction of indigo (blue) and indirubin (red) pigments with the material containing polivinyl chloride (PVC) manifested by triptophan metabolism due to bacterial colonization present in the urinary end. The fact that this syndrome is not very well recognized by clinics causes contradictions on the methods of treatment to be followed. In this presentation, MITS aims to present a critical patient and review the literature related to the subject.
