Abstract:

Mobbing, in other words, the psychological and emotional violence applied to individuals in the workplace, although it is often experienced in the work environment of today’s world, is a matter that is difficult to identify for different reasons. Mobbing not only affects the health and life of the victim, but also affects the economic and social life of the society by decreasing the efficiency of workplaces. The increase in cases of harassment has revealed the need to deal with the fact through different disciplines. In order to increase the levels of well-being of individuals, groups and communities, to ensure that they are in full well-being in a biological, psychological and social way, to praise the value of equality, justice, justice and human dignity, the social service profession and discipline work with the aim of not experiencing the mobbing phenomenon, to minimize the effects of the cases experienced, must work in micro, mezzo and macro dimensions. In this article, what can be done against the Mobbing literature and Mobbing has been discussed from a social service point of view and there are suggestions on the subject.
