ÇİNKO OKSİT NANOPARÇACIK SENTEZLENMESİ VE E7 NEMATİK SIVI KRİSTALİNİN DİELEKTRİK VE KAPASİTANSA ETKİSİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada hidrotermal yöntem kullanılarak Çinko Oksit (ZnO) nanoparçacık sentezlendi. Sentezlenen ZnO nanoparçacık geçirimli elektron mikroskobu ve x-ışınları ile karakterizasyonu yapıldı. ZnO nanoparçacık, E7 nematik sıvı kristaline farklı oranlarda katkılanarak numuneler elde edildi. Bu numunelerin gerçek ve sanal dielektrik sabiti ve mutlak kapasitans değişimleri 100 Hz-15 MHz frekans aralığında oda sıcaklığında incelenmiştir. Gerçek dielektrik belli frekansa kadar sabit gibi çok az azalarak değiştiği, 0.8 MHz frekansa gelince birden bire azalarak sıfır olduğu, nanoparçacık katkı oran ile arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Sanal dielektrik kısmı düşük frekanslarda azalmakta, sonra sabit gibi davranıyor ve daha yüksek frekansta artarak yaklaşık 2 MHz frekans civarında pik yapar ve azalarak sıfıra gidiyor. Sıvı kristalin dielektrik ve kapasitans değerleri % 0.6 ZnO nanoparçacık katkı oranında en büyük değişim göstermektedir.

Abstract:

In this study, the hydrothermal method was used to synthesize the nanoparticles of zinc oxide (ZnO). Synthesized ZnO nanoparticles were characterized by passive electron microscope and X-rays. ZnO nanoparticles were obtained by contributing to the E7 humid fluid crystal in different proportions. The actual and virtual dielectric stability and mutual capacity changes of these samples have been studied at room temperature in a frequency range of 100 Hz-15 MHz. The real dielectracy has been found to be reduced very little as fixed to a certain frequency, 0.8 MHz frequency has been reduced by zero at once, and the nanoparticles have increased by the contribution rate. The virtual dielectrial part decreases at low frequencies, then acts as stable, and increases at higher frequencies, making a pic around 2 MHz frequencies and goes to zero by decreasing. The dielectric and capacitan values of liquid crystals show the greatest change in 0.6 % ZnO nanoparticular contribution rate.
