So many results that aren't mine?

Perkütan Koroner Girişim Sırasında Sol Ön İnen Arter (LAD) Perforasyonu Gelişen Bir Olgu

Abstract:

Perkütan koroner girişimler sırasında gelişebilen perforasyon son derece nadir (%1-2<) fakat ciddi bir komplikasyondur. Over-size balon kullanımı, direksiyonel aterektomi, rotasyonel aterektomi ve lazer anjiyoplastiye bağlı derin duvar hasarı, kronik total oklüzyonlarda yalancı lümende balon şişirilmesi ve küçük yan dallarda kılavuz tel kırılmasıönemli koroner perforasyon nedenleridir. Perforasyonun büyüklüğü kliniğin ciddiyetini belirler. Koroner perforasyonlar klas I-II-III olmak üzere üç gruba ayrılırlar. Biz burada sol ön inen artere perkütan girişim sırasında over-size balon kullanımına bağlı perforasyon gelişen, hemodinamisi şiddetle bozulan ve acil cerrahi ile tedavi ettiğimiz bir hastayı sunduk
