Abstract:

With the weakness of the Ottoman administration in the region, the Balkans were rebuilt into a process of construction. With new concepts, new boundaries and new definitions, a new history was attempted to be written in the apartment not only for the Ottoman post, but before the Ottoman. Unfortunately, there has been an important role in this continent-Europe's Ottoman history-related outsourcing. The new construction process, which was mentioned at the end of the 19th century, was clearly manifested, while all this process evolved into a new way of thinking called balcanization. History, literature, sociology and many other disciplines of science have been moved for this manipulation. As the new products emerged, the Balkans became the other part of Europe. And this process never ended. It is clear when the Balkanization process began and when the origins were not clearly identified, but there were points of appearance in the middle of the 19th century. While the work on this issue is increasing in the West, the process in Turkey is slowly processing. This study was also made with a suggestion on the origins of the balcanization. The study will be formed by an assessment of the Sultan Abdülaziz period and the appearance of the idea of balkanization will be attempted to illuminate.

It is clear that when the Balkanization process began and the origins of which have not been clearly identified, there are points that have become roughly apparent in the mid-19th century. Although studies on the subject in the West increasingly slow process in this process in Turkey. This study was written with the intention of suggesting the origins of balkanization. The study will be shaped by an evaluation of Sultan Abdülaziz period and the emergence of the idea of balkanization will be tried to be clarified.
