When we look at the birth and development of Islamic law schools, it is possible to say that they carry the structure of the region. Theese schools we chose as subjects are Hanafi, Shafii, Maliki and Hanbali that known as Sunni law school in the history of Islamic law.It is possibleto say that theeseshoolsare shaped by the needs and conditions of the geography in which they are located. In this study, we examined that emergence and development of theseschools and avoided repetition of detailed information swhich were written in the History of Islamic Law books. We tried to show that level of effects of schools' culture and geography on the methodologic differences of mazhabsand legal norms.
