Aim: To investigate reproductive outcomes following hysteroscopic septum excision women with primary and secondary (recurrent pregnancy loss) infertility. Material and Method: Hysteroscopic septum excision was performed in 84 patients with a history of either primary infertility or secondary infertility with previous recurrent pregnancy loss. Post-procedure reproductive performance of these women for 1 year was analyzed. The main outcome measures were clinical pregnancy and live birth rates. Findings: Post-procedural pregnancy rates were 77% (24/31) and 23% (12/53) in 31 secondary infertile and 53 primary infertile women, respectively. Pregnancies of 14 secondary infertile women and 10 primary infertile women ended up with live birth at term.
