Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programının hasta memnuniyetine etkisine yönelik gerçekleştirilen çalışma Gaziantep İlinde yer alan özel bir sağlık kuruluşuna başvurmuş 354 hasta üzerinden gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama aracı, Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programının memnuniyetine ilişkin kullanılan ölçek ile Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı uygulamalarına dair görüşlerin alındığı sorular Kol (2014) tarafından gerçekleştirilen çalışmada geçerliliği-güvenilirliği kullanılan veri toplama aracıdır. Araştırma sonucunda genel olarak hastaların sağlıkta dönüşüm programından memnun olduğu, bu kapsamda verilen sağlık hizmetlerinin de yerinde hizmetler olduğu değerlendirmesini yaptıkları görülmüştür.
The study on the impact of the Health Conversion Program on the patient satisfaction was carried out through 354 patients applying to a private health institution located in the province of Gaziantep.
