Amaç: Yeni hizmete açılan hastane acil servisine ambulansla gelen hastaların aciliyetini geriye dönük değerlendirmek. Hastalar ve Yöntem: Acil servise ambulansla getirilen çocuk ve yetişkin hastaların aciliyetleri, tıbbi kayıtlar ve International Classification of Diseases-10 ICD-10 tanı kodları incelenerek Uluslararası 32 Acil Durum Parametresi Listesi’ne göre değerlendirildi. Hastaların aciliyet durumları; yaş, cinsiyet, başvuru saati, acil serviste kalış süresi, sosyal güvence ve yatış gerekliliğine göre incelendi. Bulgular: 114 ambulans başvurusunun %62,3’ü acil olarak değerlendirildi. Acil başvuruların %36.8’i travma, %16.9’u enfeksiyöz, %16.9’u nörolojik ve %15.4’ü kardiyovasküler nedenler ile ilgili idi. Cinsiyet, acil servise başvurunun mesai saati içinde ya da dışında gerçekleşmiş olması, aciliyetle ilişkili değildi. Aciliyet, hastaların acil serviste kalış süresi üzerinde etkisizdi. Sonuç: Ambulansla acil servise gelen ve aciliyeti olan hastalar daha sıklıkla yaşlı, yatışı gereken ve ücretli hasta grubundandı.
Purpose: to re-evaluate the emergency of patients who come with ambulance to the emergency service of the newly opened hospital. Patients and Method: The emergency cases of children and adults brought to emergency service by ambulance, medical records and the International Classification of Diseases-10 ICD-10 diagnostic codes were evaluated according to the International 32 Emergency Parameters List. Emergency conditions of patients were examined according to age, gender, time of application, time of stay in the emergency service, social security and accommodation requirements. Results: 62.3% of 114 ambulance applications were evaluated as emergency. 36.8% of emergency applications were related to trauma, 16.9% infectious, 16.9% neurological and 15.4% cardiovascular causes. Sex, whether the application for emergency service occurred within or outside the working hour, was not related to emergency. The emergency was ineffective on the patient’s stay period in the emergency service. The result: Patients who came to emergency service with the ambulance and who were in emergency were more frequently in the elderly, hospitalized and paid group of patients.
