Bu çalışma, ülke sporuna hizmet veren ve bu hizmetin tüm ülke çapında yayılmasına olanak sağlayan Batman, Mardin, Siirt, Şırnak Gençlik Spor ve İl Müdürlüklerinde görev yapan çalışanlarının mantar yönetim algı düzeylerini yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, çalışma pozisyonu, çalışma yılı ve görev yaptığı birim değişkenlerine göre incelemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma amacı doğrultusunda genel tarama modellerinden biri olan anlık tarama yaklaşımı ve ilişkisel tarama modeline göre dizayn edilmiştir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Birincioğlu ve Tekin (2018) tarafından geliştirilen 19 madde ve dört alt boyuttan oluşan ve Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık değerleri α=0.90 olarak bulunan “Mantar Yönetim Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler 46 kadın 113 erkek olmak üzere toplam 159 çalışandan elde edilmiştir. Katılımcıların demografik verilerinin dağılımının belirlenmesi için yüzde (%) ve frekans (f) analizleri, iki grubun karşılaştırılması için T-testi ve sürekli sayısal veriler için Pearson Korelasyon testleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizlerin sonucunda Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı çalışanlarında mantar yönetim algısının orta düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study was conducted with the aim of examining the levels of fungal management perception of employees in the Batman, Mardin, Siirt, Şırnak Youth Sports and Provincial Directorate, which serves the country's sports and enables the dissemination of this service throughout the country, according to age, gender, level of education, work position, year of work and unit variations in which the task is carried out. Designed according to the instant scanning approach and relative scanning model, which is one of the general scanning models according to the purpose of the work. The study used the "Mantar Management Measurement" which consists of 19 substances and four subdimensions developed by Birincioğlu and Tekin (2018) as a data collection tool and contains the internal consistency values of Cronbach Alpha α=0.90. The data was obtained from a total of 159 employees, including 46 women and 113 men. Percentage (%) and frequency (f) analyses were applied to determine the distribution of the demographic data of participants, T-test for the comparison of the two groups and Pearson Correlation tests for continuous numerical data. The results of the analyses made in the Ministry of Youth and Sports have found that the perception of fungal management in the employees is at a medium level.

It is designed according to the instant survey approach and the correlational survey model which is one of the general scanning models for the purpose of study. The “mushroom management scale” consisting of 19 items and four subscales developed by Birincioğlu and Tekin (2018) and with internal consistency values of Cronbach Alpha as α=0.90 was used as a data collection tool in the study. The data was obtained from a total of 159 employees, including 46 women and 113 men. Accordingly, percentage (%) and frequency (f) analyses were used to determine the distribution of demographic data of the participants and T-test for comparison of the two groups and Pearson correlation tests were performed for continuous numerical data. The analysis determined that the employees in the Ministry of Youth and Sports perceived the mushroom management at medium.
