Abstract:

Since the birth of Islam, Muslims have been in constant struggle with non-Muslims. The Muslims are often the majority and sometimes the minority. This situation has sometimes occurred in non-Muslim countries, while sometimes it has found a vuku in its own homeland. The presence of Muslims within the non-Muslim society or country may not be such a problem in the past two centuries while the multiplication of their presence in non-Muslim countries has caused them to face many linguistic, ethnic and religious problems. The majority of the problems of the religious sahan are formed by the fictional sphere that is indispensable to religious-social life. In the face of this situation, Muslims, especially in the world, have begun to use the “minority” as a remedy for their own searches, which is the result of the legal searches of the masses that are minor as language, race and religion, and have begun to qualify themselves as “Muslim minority” in the non-Muslim societies in which they live. As a result of all this, the "Muslim Minority" title, which is believed to be appropriate to complete in the form of the "fish" which Islamic law has often used in recent years for sub-disciplines, has emerged as a new fish branch that has been offered to seek solutions to the problems of Muslims in the West for half a century, with the name of Muslim minorities in the form of fish. In this work we will try to do the conceptual analysis by revealing the formation and development processes of the Muslim minority fiction.
