Abstract:

In this study, the establishment problems of small-scale furniture finishing workshop and the structural problems of the enterprises that have encountered in production processes are tried to be determined. In the scope of the research opinion survey and interviews were made by face to face method with a total of 50 furniture industry business managers and staff who work in the small-scale furniture finishing processes workshops in the cities of Ankara, Istanbul and Bursa and some observation results were obtained.According to the results, problems have been identified. In building of furniture finishing processes workshops the problems were mainly defined as insufficient areas, transportation, lighting, heating, ventilation, inner or outer sources that cerates powder. In the production process the problems have been determined as economic incompetence, lack of technological equipment, unqualified workers. The specific problems of the employees are also determined as health and personal rights
