Bu çalışmada; savunma sanayi, otomotiv sanayi gibi sektörlerde yaygın olarak kullanılan ince taneli ve mikro alaşımlı yapıya sahip QStE 420 TM kalitesindeki çelik sac plaka malzeme, metal aktif gaz kaynağı yönteminde masif ve özlü tel kullanılarak ayrı ayrı birleştirilmiştir. Farklı dolgu tellerinin kaynak bölgesi (ana malzeme, ısının tesiri altındaki bölge ve kaynak metali) üzerinde oluşturduğu mekanik ve metalürjik etkiler; çekme, eğme, çentik - darbe, sertlik testleri ve makro grafik, mikro grafik muayeneler yapılarak incelenmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen testler sonucunda; seçilen kaynak parametrelerinin, kaynaklı birleştirmelerin kendinden beklenen mekanik ve metalürjik özellikleri sağladığı gözlenmiştir.
In this study; in sectors such as the defense industry, the automotive industry is widely used, the QStE 420 TM quality steel sack plate material with a thin and micro-alloyed structure, the metal active gas resource method is combined separately using massive and steel wire. The mechanical and metallurgical effects of the different filling wire on the source area (main material, the area under the heat and the source metal) have been studied by drawing, curving, scratching, stroke, hardness tests and macro graphics, micro graphics tests. The results of the tests were observed that the chosen source parameters, the source combinations, provide the expected mechanical and metallurgical characteristics.
In this study; QStE 420 TM steel sheet plate material with fine grained and micro alloy structure, which is widely used in sectors such as defense industry and automotive industry, has been welded separately by massive and fluxed cored filler wire in metal active gas welding method. The mechanical and metallurgical effects of different filler wires on the weld zone (main metal, heat affected zone and weld metal) were investigated by tensile, guided bend, notch impact, hardness measurement tests and macro graphic, micro graphic examinations. As a result of the tests performed; it was observed that the selected welding parameters provided the expected mechanical and metallurgical properties of welded joints.
