Abstract:

The list of hazards related to health and safety at work: According to the construction sector is the sector where the most fatal work accidents occur. Therefore, it is very dangerous in the category. In addition to the risks arising from the work environment as well as the low level of training of employees in the industry, the application of the tacheron and the frequency of short-term work and the problems in the performance of the tasks of occupational safety experts, the risk of accidents increases. In this work, 40 workers working in the Tekirdağ/Ergene district worked in talks were conducted. The study has been aimed at measuring the level of knowledge, perception and attitude of employees towards Occupational Health and Safety (ISG). The research used the quality analysis method, the findings were analyzed using the MAXQDA 2018 program. The findings show that the level of knowledge, perception and attitude of construction workers is low. The main reasons for this situation are the low level of education, fear of loss of employment, self-confidence of employees, insufficiency of ISG training and a fateful approach to work accidents.
